**Summary**:
As the e-Commerce Executive at House of Migo Pvt. Ltd., you will ensure the smooth operation and ongoing enhancement of our e-commerce platform. This role focuses on maintaining an efficient, engaging, and user-friendly online shopping experience, managing website functionality, coordinating product uploads, and implementing promotional activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website to ensure it is functional, efficient, and error-free.
- Implement and manage website updates, including new features, enhancements, and regular maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize site performance metrics, such as load times, uptime, and responsiveness.

**Catalog Management**:

- Coordinate the upload of new products to the website, ensuring all listings are accurate, appealing, and SEO-optimized.
- Manage comprehensive product details, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Regularly update product information to reflect stock levels, product variations, and pricing adjustments.

**Promotions and Discounts**:

- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, discounts, and special offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize promotions across all digital channels.
- Ensure that all promotional material on the website is current, accurate, and effectively presented.

**Operations Coordination**:

- Liaise with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified operational approach.
- Address and resolve any technical issues in partnership with the IT department.
- Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular audits of the website and product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Gather and act on customer feedback regarding product information and website usability.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and effectiveness of product listings.
- Use analytics to inform decisions regarding website improvements, product placement, and promotional strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on website and product performance for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital product management.
- Advanced analytical skills and expertise in data management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and SEO practices.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data management and queries
- Basic Knowledge of web development basics (HTML/CSS) and graphic design software would be a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
