Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

1. **E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage and oversee listings, promotions, and sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, Tradeindia, 1MG, Clickon Care, Snapdeal, and HealthKart etc.
- Ensure all product list ings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and sales performance.
- Working on an effective content strategy by understanding algorithms of each platforms.

2. **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and discounts.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and adjust strategies to improve sales.

3. **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.

4. **Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent stock outs or overstock situations.

5. **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Remove seller, selling our products online

6. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behaviour, and platform metrics.

7. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with external partners for creative marketing content.

8. **Platform Optimization and Development**:

- Continuously optimize e-commerce platforms for better performance, including UI/UX improvements, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Coordinate with IT and web development teams to implement new features and functionalities.

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Specific Skills

Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).

Strong understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing, knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising is a preferred.

Familiarity withe-commerce platformsfor both B2B and B2C operationsand algorithms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, Tradeindia etc.

Understanding of logistics and supply chain management in an e-commerce context.

Experience
- 2 years

Education Qualification

Degree in either:MBA, BAA, Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
