Job Title: E Commerce Executive - Kids wear Brand Sweet Lime

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the product development team to showcase new collections and products on the website.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost online sales.
- Optimize the user interface and navigation of the online store to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal departments, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and implement new features on the E Commerce platform.
- Manage and maintain the E Commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Create compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in E Commerce management, preferably in the garments industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with E Commerce platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- E-commerce: 1 year (required)
