As we expand our e-commerce presence, we are looking for a motivated and creative E-commerce Business Development Executive to join our team.
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding our product offerings online, driving sales, and managing our digital presence. You will identify new product opportunities, oversee product listings, manage inventory, and handle social media marketing. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with the director and contribute to strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Identification & Listing: Research and identify new products for the e-commerce platform, creating detailed product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage product inventory, ensuring stock availability and timely updates across platforms.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to promote products and engage with our audience.
- Sales & Growth: Identify new sales opportunities, drive promotions, and explore potential partnerships to boost online revenue.
- E-commerce Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including managing orders, tracking performance, and optimizing product visibility.
- Collaboration with Director: Work closely with the director to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals and to receive mentorship on key business decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer inquiries through online channels and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, product listing, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
