Blue Hawks Corporates is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an E-commerce Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our online sales operations and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Product Management: Update and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and imagery.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking, and manage stock discrepancies.
Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
Website Maintenance: Assist in updating website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotions.
Data Analysis: Analyze e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce operations or related roles is preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Pepper Fry, Urban Ladder, Amazon and Flipkart.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
