Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, company website, etc.)
  • Ensure all product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and manage online orders, returns, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Analyze daily sales reports, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize product content using SEO and keyword strategies.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers.
  • Research competitor strategies and pricing to stay competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
  • Strong knowledge of major Indian e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Experience in graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹250,000.00 per month
