As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking to hire an Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our Shopify-based store and oversee various e-commerce activities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Job Overview**:
The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, with a primary focus on Shopify. This role demands strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and the ability to optimize the online shopping experience. The Ecommerce Executive will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, customer service, and inventory management, to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:Website Management (Shopify)**:

- **Shopify Store Maintenance**: Regularly update and optimize the Shopify website, including product listings, categories, and images to ensure they are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with our brand identity.
- **Theme Customization**: Work closely with the design and development teams to customize Shopify themes and templates, ensuring a visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly experience.
- **Product Management**: Oversee the addition, editing, and removal of products on the Shopify store, including product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
- **Store Optimization**: Implement site improvements for speed, performance, mobile optimization, and user experience. Continuously monitor site performance to identify and resolve issues.
- **Shopify Apps**: Manage the integration and usage of essential Shopify apps (e.g., order management, analytics, marketing automation, etc.) to enhance the store’s functionality.

**Order and Inventory Management**:

- **Order Processing**: Oversee order fulfillment and ensure smooth processing from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate tracking information for customers.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels, update product availability, and ensure that out-of-stock items are promptly updated on the website.
- **Returns and Exchanges**: Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes while maintaining a high standard of customer service and minimizing operational delays.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- **Customer Data Management**: Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, segment customer data, and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

**Digital Marketing & Performance Analysis**:

- **Campaign Management**: Assist in planning, implementing, and managing promotions and campaigns, including discount codes, flash sales, and seasonal offers.
- **Sales Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, including sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify analytics. Prepare regular reports and recommend action points.
- **SEO**: Ensure product pages, meta tags, and content are optimized for search engines to improve organic traffic.

**Quality Control & User Experience**:

- **Website Experience**: Continuously improve the user experience by identifying potential issues in the customer journey (from browsing to checkout) and suggesting improvements.
- **Testing & Feedback**: Regularly conduct usability tests and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with Shopify. Experience with premium fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of **Shopify** (including Shopify apps and theme customization).
- Proficiency with **CRM software** (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience using e-commerce tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and other analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of **SEO** and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with **inventory management software** is a plus.
