Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager (Quick Commerce) located in Mumbai. The E-Commerce Manager will drive the online sales strategy, manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, develop and execute promotional plans, optimize product listings, and analyze sales metrics to enhance the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and staying updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Strong Business Negotiation and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience in e-commerce or related fields
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the retail or luxury lifestyle industry is a plus
