
E-commerce Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our business on E-com and Q-com platforms. This role is critical in driving platform growth, managing the P&L, and leading strategic initiatives to maximize performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling e-commerce sales, managing campaigns, and executing data-driven growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of the Flipkart business P&L including sales, marketing spends, discounts, and profitability.
Monitor margins, operating costs, and optimize ROI across SKUs and campaigns.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive GMV growth through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and visibility enhancement.
Build monthly/quarterly growth plans in alignment with company objectives.
Platform Management & Operations:
Manage day-to-day operations including listings, pricing, cataloging, inventory planning, and order fulfillment coordination.
- Liaise with Flipkart category managers and account managers for promotions, visibility slots, and strategic alignment.
Onboard the company on Vendor Hub Operations with strategic agreements.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on Flipkart including BBD, Festive Sales, and Platform Days.
Manage paid advertising (PLA, display ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics like traffic, conversion rate, buy box %, return rate, etc.
- Prepare actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce as a key sales channel (either brand-side or at a seller account).
- Deep understanding of Flipkarts or Amazon's ecosystem, policies, ads dashboard, and seller tools.
- Proven track record of scaling sales and owning profitability.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills must be comfortable with Excel, dashboards, and metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor/platform coordination.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in consumer Goods, electronic, fashion, beauty or similar high volume categories.
