Job Title
HubSpot Consultant
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Design and optimize workflows, automation, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns.
Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and ROI.
Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to track performance metrics.
Conduct training sessions and support internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices.
Stay updated with HubSpot product updates and industry trends.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience working with HubSpot as a consultant/admin/implementation specialist.
Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM setup, workflows, automation, and integrations.
Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot Certifications (Inbound, Marketing Software, Sales Software, HubSpot CMS, etc.).
Experience in API integrations and advanced reporting.
Prior experience with SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
Compensation
