Job description:
Business Development Executive (Remote)
Industry: IT (Web, App & Software Sales – SaaS / PaaS)
Exp: 0–3 yrs (BD / Sales / Client Relations)
What You'll Do
- Drive new business by selling digital & SaaS solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations to contract closure
- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting & outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
- Conduct consultative sales discussions and position solutions based on ROI.
- Deliver pitches, demos, and presentations to SMEs & enterprise clients.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals.
- Track pipeline & KPIs using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT / SaaS sales with successful closures.
- Strong skills in lead generation & prospecting.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable with CRMs & reporting.
- Self-motivated, with a consultative approach to sales.
