Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and telemarketing teams to convert qualified leads into new business opportunities. You will design and execute sales campaigns, engage with potential clients via email and phone, manage opportunities through the CRM, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead-generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads through the CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Pipedrive).
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to prospective clients in Europe and the USA.
  • Develop a structured sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity and conversion records.
  • Coordinate with the telemarketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified prospects.
  • Prepare weekly reports on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and market feedback.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with Kendra's growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on service offerings, competitive positioning, and evolving market needs in B2B services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across time zones (Europe and USA).
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting video meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Kendra's Jamnagar office for team meetings and reviews.

Preferred

  • Experience in selling services such as financial outsourcing, ERP implementation, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho One, HubSpot, or Smartlead.

Compensation
