As a B2B Sales Intern for our Career Mentorship Program Seminars, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and establishing partnerships with schools and education institutes. Your primary responsibility will be to arrange online and offline meetings with key decision-makers to introduce our seminars and initiate discussions for collaboration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales while contributing to the growth of our Career Mentorship Program.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect Identification**:
- Research and identify potential schools, colleges, and education institutes that could benefit from our Career Mentorship Program Seminars.
- Build a database of contacts, including school administrators, career counselors, and education directors.
- **Outreach and Communication**:
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our Career Mentorship Program Seminars to engage potential partners.
- **Meeting Arrangement**:
- Schedule online and offline meetings with key decision-makers, including business development managers, principals, and academic heads.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and attendee confirmation.
- **Presentation and Pitching**:
- Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing compelling presentations and sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
- Participate in meetings to present information about our Career Mentorship Program Seminars and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
- **Follow-up and Relationship Building**:
- Follow up with prospects after meetings to provide additional information, answer queries, and nurture relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to keep them engaged and informed about upcoming seminars and opportunities for collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
