**About Us**:
We are a growing digital marketing agency offering SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development services. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive who can generate leads, convert clients, and work towards clear monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients and pitch our digital marketing services.
- Identify and understand client needs to offer the right solutions.
- Convert leads into business and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM and reporting tools with daily sales activity.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
- Attend virtual team meetings and performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
- Strong communication and convincing skills in English.
- Must be confident and proactive in calling and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Must own a laptop, smartphone, and have a stable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
