Position Overview
We're looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive who can generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B sales, who thrives in a startup environment, and is motivated by growth and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect B2B clients such as ad agencies, film & video production houses, digital content creators, and record labels.
- Client Outreach: Initiate conversations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms to introduce Dole's Music services.
- Pitching & Presentations: Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to deal closure, ensuring consistent monthly conversions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and repeat clients.
- Market Research: Track industry trends, new opportunities, and competitor offerings to identify gaps and suggest strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of deliverables.
- Reporting: Maintain organized lead data and prepare weekly/monthly reports using Excel or CRM tools.
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in media, advertising, music, or creative services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience in lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email outreach.
- Familiarity with using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
- Previous incentive earner or performer in the sales team of past organizations.
- A genuine interest in music, audio production, or creative industries is a plus.
