B2B Sales & Lead Generation Intern – ERP Industry

Location: Remote | Duration: 6 Months | Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About Us:

We are a fast-growing ERP solutions provider helping businesses streamline operations and improve efficiency. We are looking for a B2B Sales & Lead Generation Intern who is passionate about sales, technology, and driving growth.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will play a key role in identifying potential business clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for ERP solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and ERP software industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients for ERP solutions.
  • Generate high-quality leads using modern lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Conduct cold calls to assess interest and suitability.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand over to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and lead databases.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • (Optional) Create basic social media content to support lead generation.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
  • Confidence in cold calling and initiating conversations.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM software (preferred).
  • Aggressive, target-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.
