B2B Lead Generation Executive
Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Executive (No BPO Background)
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 1–2 years in outbound lead generation, SDR, or business development roles
Industry Focus: B2B – SaaS, Tech, or Professional Services
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other modern prospecting platforms
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns through personalized cold calls, emails, and social selling
- Build and maintain strong industry networks to cultivate long-term client relationships
- Use a consultative approach to understand client pain points and tailor solutions effectively
- Qualify leads against Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and pass warm prospects to the Sales team
- Continuously develop rapport with potential clients—even when they're not sales-ready
- Log outreach and pipeline activities with accuracy in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimize messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies
- Attend industry networking events (virtual or in-person) to represent the brand and build visibility
- Share market insights and prospect feedback to help evolve go-to-market, product, and positioning efforts
- Create and grow a lead pipeline from scratch, with full accountability for quality and follow-through

- Not from a BPO background—you've worked in true business development or inside sales roles
- Resilient when handling objections and confident on cold calls
- A natural connector with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Curious, strategic, and thoughtful in your outreach and engagement
- A team player who celebrates wins, learns from misses, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Prior experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales
Compensation: Depending on interview feedback, 1.5 LPA- 3 LPA
