About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our global sales efforts in the European and US markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality B2B leads through multi-channel outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Build targeted prospect lists using and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Execute multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Calls)
Conduct BANT qualification before handing leads to Account Executives
Maintain accurate lead records in (CRM)
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead and meeting targets
Share market insights to enhance outreach strategies
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation or SDR roles (Europe/US markets)
Proven success in generating qualified leads through cold outreach
Hands-on experience with and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident in making warm calls and handling objections
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification frameworks
