Account Executive Job Description Go2 is a dynamic company that acts as a team builder, technology partner and coach to teams hiring remote, frontline workers. We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive. This person will be responsible for aggressively moving prospects through the sale process, leading engaging discovery conversations, customizing and presenting a product demo, and closing business opportunities. This is a full time, remote position. The ideal person for the role will have worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments and must be comfortable working independently and managing their own pipeline while also keeping it updated and well notated. This person will have experience closing deals and building relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts of all sizes. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for: - Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. - Leading consultative sales conversations, challenging prospect mindsets and preconceived notions, and showing (not telling) how we can help - Sending timely, actionable, and convincing follow up communication. - Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals, using Hubspot to track and manage all sales activity, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Prioritizing tasks and following up with prospects with a sense of urgency - Using a CRM (Hubspot) to track and manage all sales activity, taking comprehensive and concise notes on conversations, takeaways, and next steps. - Taking ownership of your development - product knowledge, competitive information, and sales strategies and techniques. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of the industry and the products/services being sold - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Time management and organization skills - Must be self-motivated and results-driven - Self starter - willing to continuously learn and improve their skills and knowledge of the industry, products, and sales techniques. - Must be able to demonstrate a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve and develop as a sales professional. - Highly desired skills include - Self-starter - Ownership mindset - Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust and challenging prospects - Ability to collaborate and work well with a team - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - In your own words, what makes a truly great Account Executive?
