**Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end accounting tasks including but not limited to GST, TDS, Excel, bank reconciliation, AR & AP reconciliation, billing, and invoicing.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions and documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including monitoring outstanding payments and collections.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Process invoices, bills, and expense reports in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Utilize Tally and ERP software systems effectively to manage accounting data and processes.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to GST and TDS regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, with a minimum of years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP software systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with banking processes and procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
