**Description**

As an Accounts Executive at Innovins, you’ll handle day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate records, manage invoices, and assist with monthly financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client payments.
- Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills and financial records.
- Coordinate with CA and auditors during filing and audits.
- Generate monthly financial summaries and reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments from clients.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax compliance (GST, TDS).
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or any cloud-based accounting software.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
