Description

As an Accounts Executive at Innovins, you'll handle day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate records, manage invoices, and assist with monthly financial reporting. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client payments.
  • Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills and financial records.
  • Coordinate with CA and auditors during filing and audits.
  • Generate monthly financial summaries and reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments from clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax compliance (GST, TDS).
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or any cloud-based accounting software.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
