**Account Executive - Marketplace Specialist**

**ColorPencil **is looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team and take charge of managing relationships with key marketplaces independently. If you're passionate about driving sales, building partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage relationships with designated marketplace partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase ColorPencil's visibility and sales within assigned marketplaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities for maximum impact.
- Monitor marketplace performance and track key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with marketplace representatives to ensure favourable outcomes for ColorPencil.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketplace performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience
