Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Head of Human Resources located in Mumbai. The Head of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of HR management including the development and implementation of HR policies, handling labor and employment law matters, and fostering positive employee relations. Daily tasks will include managing the HR team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategies to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficient in Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Expertise in Employee Relations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
