**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Topsia, Kolkata (Onsite)
Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM / 11 AM – 9 PM
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Uncapped Incentives
Open Positions: 2**
Responsibilities
Counsel students & working professionals on online degree programs.
Convert leads into admissions through inbound & outbound calls.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support students during the admission & onboarding process.
Stay updated with competitors and industry trends in EdTech / Higher Education.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Higher Education (HEI) sales.
Preferred: Online degree counselling experience.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Graduate degree required .
