Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage incoming leads generated from digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, and online campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful business deals.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle and respond to inbound leads received through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website inquiries, and other digital sources.
- Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp, or email communication to convert leads into customers.
- Understand customer requirements, provide product details, explain offers, and guide them through the buying process.
- Maintain and update all lead interactions in the companys CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with the branch / valuation / operations team for smooth deal closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
- Ensure proper follow-up for unclosed leads and re-engage inactive leads.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service experience.
- Participate in periodic reviews, training sessions, and strategy meetings with the sales team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Conversion roles (experience in gold, finance, or retail industry will be an added advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal & written).
- Hands-on experience in CRM tools and lead management.
- Ability to handle digital leads effectively and close business independently.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer operations.
