Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Other tasks include providing product information and demonstrations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining records of customer interactions and sales. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of products and services offered by Trek 2000 International Ltd
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
