About the Role

We are hiring motivated and confident Sales Associates to join our expanding team. This is a performance-driven work-from-home role where you will handle outbound sales, lead conversions, and customer engagement. You will begin with a comprehensive 7-day on-site training to equip you with product knowledge and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Engage professionally, following company scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Attend and complete the mandatory on-site training program.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle objections and high call volumes.
  • Own laptop/desktop with strong internet connectivity for WFH operations.
  • Willingness to travel for 7-day training.
  • Self-discipline, accountability, and target-driven mindset.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN ON 29th NOV 2025

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 (based on experience & performance).
  • Attractive incentives based on conversions.
