About the Role:

We're looking for articulate and trustworthy
Sales Associates
who can engage with clients and assist them through their purchase journey.

You'll connect with
warm inbound leads
— people who have already taken astrology consultations with our experts — and help them choose gemstones and sacred products recommended to them.

This is a
consultative sales role
, focused on understanding customer needs, explaining product value, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    inbound sales queries
    over phone calls.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right gemstones or sacred wearables.
  • Build trust through
    clear, honest, and empathetic communication
    .
  • Explain product authenticity, value, and pricing effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and follow up with prospects.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for:

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills .
  • Experience as a Team Lead or mentoring a small team
    will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in
    telesales, retail sales, or any phone-based selling
    role.
  • Confidence in handling
    high-value product conversations
    .
  • Ability to work in a structured, goal-oriented sales setup.
  • Interest in
    gemstones, sacred products, or wellness-based items
    is a plus.
