The Neev is a Gurukalam-inspired early learning space that believes in nurturing curiosity, independence, and a love for learning in children. Our approach combines mindful teaching, nature-based experiences, and a deep respect for each child's individuality.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Sales Associate who will be the first point of contact for prospective parents. The role involves engaging meaningfully with families, understanding their needs, and guiding them through The Neev's admission process with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, messages, and admission inquiries from prospective parents.
  • Schedule and coordinate school visits and interactions with parents.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely communication and conversion.
  • Clearly explain The Neev's philosophy, programs, and fee structure to interested families.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in coordination with the school management team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder Director to develop and implement strategies for outreach and admissions.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts such as open houses, school events, and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and insights from parent interactions to help refine communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi/Bengali proficiency preferred).
  • Warm, approachable, and patient demeanor while engaging with parents.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain organized records.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship-building rather than hard selling.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (training can be provided).
  • Prior experience in school admissions, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Compensation Structure

  • Pay: ₹5000- ₹6000 per month.
