Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Marketing Manager – Government Tender & EPC to lead and manage all tender-related activities in the cable industry. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of cable products, government tender procedures, and private sector bidding, along with strong coordination skills to work closely with inspection agencies, departments, and plant teams. Prior working experience in Rajasthan is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, evaluate, and manage government and private tenders related to cable products.


• Thoroughly analyze tender documents and ensure timely submission of accurate bids.


• Handle complete tender lifecycle: document preparation, pricing, compliance, and follow-up.


• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and inspection agencies to facilitate approvals and inspections.


• Manage end-to-end e-tendering processes on platforms like GeM, eProcurement, and other state/central portals.


• Maintain strong communication with the plant team to ensure timely order execution and compliance with tender specifications.


• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical, QC, logistics) for documentation and delivery schedules.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and changes in tender norms.


• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government officials, and procurement personnel.


• Ensure proper record-keeping of all submitted tenders, contracts, and correspondence.

Candidate Requirements:


• Education: Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.


• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the cable industry, with direct responsibility for tender and marketing activities.


• Location Preferencee: Candidates with experience in Rajasthan or willing to be based there.


• In-depth knowledge of cable products, tendering norms, and inspection procedures.


• Strong command of e-tendering platforms such as GeM, CPP Portal, and state procurement portals.


• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.


• Strong documentation and analytical abilities
