Bhanwariya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., originally established as M/s Bhawariya Construction Company in 1999, began with civil projects and gradually expanded into electrical works. Incorporated under its current name in 2017, the company is now a full-fledged EPC contractor serving both government and private sectors. Specializing in Transmission & Distribution projects and rural electrification, we work with clients like Indian Railways and TATA Power. Our portfolio includes collaborations with PSUs such as AVVNL, JVVNL, and PWD. Having built a strong foundation in Rajasthan, we are now expanding operations across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive based in Jaipur. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tender documents, coordinating bid submissions, maintaining records of all tenders and related documents, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and requirements. The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating bid submissions
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Experience in the EPC industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
