We are looking for a Tender Search Specialist to focus primarily on finding, tracking, and managing tenders in the Water, Urban Infrastructure, and Energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a background in infrastructure projects and be skilled in searching tenders from government bodies, PSUs, and multilateral agencies. Knowledge of the water sector is crucial to understanding what tenders to target.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Tracking:

  • Search for relevant tenders on government portals (Central/State), PSUs, multilateral agencies.
  • Focus mainly on Water, Urban Infrastructure, and Energy sectors.
  • Maintain a live database of active tenders and monitor deadlines.

Tender Evaluation:

  • Review and assess tenders for strategic fit and viability.
  • Provide recommendations for bid/no-bid decisions to management.

Proposal Coordination:

  • Work with technical teams to develop tender proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of non-technical proposal sections, including Executive Summaries, Company Profiles, and Management Plans.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in tender searching, specifically within infrastructure sectors like Water, Urban Planning, or Energy.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, IREP).
  • Strong research, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
