Job Responsibilities:

  • Browse, identify, and circulate daily tenders from various portals.
  • Handle end-to-end activities on the Government E-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-procurement portals.
  • Drive sales and business opportunities by participating in government and private bids.
  • Prepare, review, and submit proposals, ensuring compliance with all tender terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with management for opportunity assessment and competitive analysis.
  • Manage the full bid lifecycle from tender identification to submission, including win/loss analysis.
  • Draft and submit pre-bid queries and provide post-bid submission support (bid presentations, client interactions, etc.).
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, strategy discussions, and presentation preparations.
  • Prepare RFQ/BOQ documents, conduct pricing analysis, and compile comparative statements after evaluations.
  • Procure and manage digital certificates, ensuring proper registration on relevant tender portals.
  • Arrange and upload tender documents (technical, commercial, and general) online or for physical submission within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with concerned officials until receipt of LOA/LOI/PO.
  • Maintain organized tender records and ensure adherence to submission timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  • Proficient in online tender portals including GeM and e-Procurement systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret tender documents and prepare responses as per requirements.
  • Expertise in preparing EOIs, RFQs, BOQs, and technical/commercial documentation.
  • Keen attention to detail and capability to work within strict deadlines.
