About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Bidding & Tender team. This role is ideal for fresh Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to start their career in project bidding, tendering, and business growth across global infrastructure markets.

You will be part of a professional team responsible for identifying international/national opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical and management teams to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and organising all necessary documents.
  • Assist in preparing pre-qualification (PQ) documents and in preparing technical and financial bid documents as per the tender guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for preparing supporting documents and data required for bids.
  • Learn about company services to improve proposal quality and business understanding.
  • Keep records of correspondence, clarifications, and updates related to tenders.
  • Assist senior management in preparing business proposals and presentations, and maintain status reports.
  • Gain understanding of tendering procedures, documentation standards, and contract terms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related tools.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn the end-to-end bidding and business development processes
