Role Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and streamline the procurement of
used vehicles
, especially
tractors and commercial vehicles
, through a robust network of dealers, brokers, and local sellers. This role is crucial for building high-quality inventory, enhancing turnaround, and driving business growth in the pre-owned segment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in
    used vehicle procurement
    ,
    valuation
    , and
    exchange processes
    .
  • Strong exposure to
    tractor, commercial vehicle
    , or
    auto exchange
    ecosystems.
  • Ability to
    negotiate, inspect, and finalize
    procurement deals independently.
  • Well-versed with
    vehicle evaluation tools
    , exchange offers, and auction platforms.
  • Comfortable working in
    field-based, rural/semi-urban markets
    .
  • Strong local dealer network and sourcing knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard
    local dealers, brokers, and sellers
    for used vehicle sourcing.
  • Drive
    procurement of traded-in vehicles
    through dealership exchange channels.
  • Conduct
    vehicle inspections
    and
    valuation
    as per internal benchmarks.
  • Manage all documentation, pricing, and compliance related to purchases.
  • Work closely with the
    sales & inventory teams
    to maintain healthy stock and flow.
  • Ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround for sourced vehicles.

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates with field experience in
    used vehicle platforms, dealer networks

    OEM exchange operations
