Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, managing accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant sales tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
