Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to engage with potential investors who have attended our Startup Investing Masterclasses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with attendees, gathering feedback, building relationships, and guiding them through the process of investing in Startups and participating in future pitch days. This role blends finance, sales, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with masterclass attendees via phone, email and video calls to gather feedback and assess interest in our offerings.
  • Introduce and guide prospects through the process of purchasing our membership and highlight the benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, understanding their interests and investment goals.
  • Invite and encourage prospects to attend pitch days and explore recommended startup investments.
  • Maintain organized records of interactions, feedback, and next steps in the sales process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand investor needs and provide consultative guidance.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing a pipeline of leads.
  • Interest or background in startups and investing is a plus.
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Location: Gangadham, Pune

Salary:
Rs 25-30k per-month IN-HAND
