We're now expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated
Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
who can help drive growth by connecting our cybersecurity expertise with businesses that need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and engage potential clients across industries (fintech, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and presentations with prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos with decision makers (CISOs, IT Security Leaders, CTOs, etc.)
  • Collaborate technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in CRM tools.
  • Provide timely reports on progress and outcomes to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, lead generation or B2B sales (preferably in IT or cybersecurity)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS or technology services is an added advantage.
