RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to identify and engage prospective customers.
- Introduce company products or services clearly and persuasively to prospects and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges to present suitable solutions.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and progress in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, email inquiries, or referrals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to qualified leads, pipeline conversion, and call activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously enhance industry knowledge and selling abilities.
- Collect and document prospect feedback to support process improvement and product enhancement initiatives.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong experience or willingness to learn cold calling techniques and outreach methods.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive and professional attitude during conversations.
- Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and learning-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to overcome challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
