Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online channels.
This role involves working closely with marketing and field sales to ensure a smooth and effective customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Prepare quotations from CRM as per client needs
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress in CRM
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing to follow up on campaign-generated leads
• Collaborate with field sales or account executives when appropriate to close larger deals
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer objections, and product improvements Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making dozens of calls per day and communicating via email/chat
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and productivity software
