We're Hiring: Inside Sales Rep (3-4 yrs)

We are looking for passionate sales folks to join our amazing team. If you LOVE cold calling, LinkedIn is more than just a scroll-habit and eat objections for breakfast, If yes, then you might be exactly who we need.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: ₹8-10 LPA (depending on your XP & skill).

Location: Pune (Balewadi). Hybrid work culture with 3 days working from office.

Office hours: US shift PM IST to 2.00 AM IST)

What You'll Bring to the Table:

3-4 years of solid inside sales experience — preferably in IT services or software/tech services.

Graduation is MUST. Technical background would be an added advantage

Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, polished email writing (grammar & tone included).

Mastery of prospecting & cold-calling

Objection-handling = your secret weapon.

Strong experience with sales-enablement tools (CRM, outreach/cadence tools, LinkedIn sales tools, etc.).

Deep knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting

Steady work history — NO frequent job hoppers.

What You'll Do:

Identify and reach out to high potential leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails.

Use sales tools to track your funnel, measure results, optimize your outreach.

Collaborate with marketing & delivery to ensure we're saying the right things, to the right people, at the right time.

Hit monthly/quarterly targets (yes—numbers matter).
