Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Executive – Online MBA Program

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Inside Sales Executive to join our Online MBA admissions team. The role demands excellent communication, proven sales skills, and the ability to handle high-value leads while supporting and mentoring junior counselors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and guide them through the Online MBA admission process.
  • Manage and convert high-quality leads into successful admissions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Support junior Inside Sales Counselors by sharing best practices and handling escalated cases.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective admission strategies.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and ensure a positive student experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of Inside Sales experience in education/Online MBA sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Online MBA admissions/sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with neutral accent (no MTI).
  • Proven track record of being target-oriented and result-driven.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working extended hours when required.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
