Location: Bangalore/ Pune/ Mumbai

Department: Sales & Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview: We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales operations, and lead a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  3. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals.
  4. Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate sales reports.

Required Skills:-

  1. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Previous Experience in health & safety PPE.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Time management and organizational skills.
  5. Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing and sales challenges.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Preferred for health & safety line PPEs(personal protective equipment's)
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5+ years of progressive sales experience.
  3. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
