We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a multinational company (MNC) in Hyderabad. This is a third-party payroll position, ideal for candidates with strong administrative and executive support experience.Tenure: 18 months Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of core administrative experience Work Location: On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMCore Responsibilities:Team & Executive SupportProvide calendar management for leadership team members

Arrange international and domestic travel for LT members

Reconcile and process travel and other expenses

Support executive management needs including food and logistics

Team Engagement & Event CoordinationOrganize morale-boosting activities across teams and fulfillment centers (FCs)Assist with planning and execution of events including All Hands meetings and Town HallsCoordinate MPRs, catering, and other meeting logistics

Support onboarding and offboarding activities

Administrative OperationsRaise and manage purchase orders (POs) for equipment, services, etc.Manage T&E and PO accruals and reporting

Maintain and update team SharePoint pages (e.g., for gifts, announcements)Infrastructure & Asset ManagementOrder hardware, laptops, and necessary peripherals

Track and manage space allocations and infrastructure updates

Coordinate HeadTrax changes related to locations and reporting
