The Human Resources Assistant will assist in various day-to-day HR activities, including managing HR records, HRMS, benefits administration, and employee training. The role will also involve supporting HR management with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Experience in Benefits Administration and Training Previous experience in the food industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
