Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Loans and Insurance sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and implement strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt strategies
Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
Knowledge of financial products (Loans, Insurance, Investments)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
MBA or relevant degree preferred, but not mandatory
