The platform offers a comprehensive consumer experience, covering the entire real estate journey from search and discovery to transactions, home loans, interiors, rentals, property management, and post-sales service. It integrates buyers with an extensive network of over 500 partner real estate developers, 150,000+ agents, and 100+ banks and NBFCs. Square Yards is also developing B2B disruptive SaaS platforms for stakeholders such as developers, banks, and agents.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client databases, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and product teams to align business development activities with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
