Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. This includes generating leads, managing and maintaining relationships with partners, understanding client requirements, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role further involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance service offerings and achieve business growth objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in the real estate or property management domain is preferred
