Key Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Corporate Partnerships team nationally be accountable for achieving CSR and otherrelevant fund-raising goals set as per the annual business plans. Map and build prospective donors (for expansion and new partnerships) propositions and outreach plans forcompanies, in a systematic manner across all regions.
- Activating internal and external networks towards identification and cultivation of prospective corporate partners at strategic level.
- Create seamless working environment and play pivotal role between CorporatePartnerships Programme – Finance department. Also, provide market driven feedback and strategic inputs to programme team towards building strong proposals.
- Create and execute robust marketing and nurturing strategy towards retention, expansion and lead creation. This may include high level roundtables/summits or securing speaker slots at relevant conferences.
- Support team towards ideation and lead creation for non-CSR funds through events, campaigns, Pay Roll Giving and employee engagement/giving activities
- Ensure top of the line servicing for all corporate donors
- Ensure adherence to and implementation of and adherence to the CRM tools at Organization, review of inputs and take actionable inputs into strategy therefrom.
- Provide timely and strategic feedback and direction to direct reports, entire corporate partnership teams and build capacities of programs and other teams to be able to support fund- raising.
Qualification and Experience
- p should have a bachelor's degree either in management, Social Sciences, ordevelopment studies along with expertise in fundraising, in a non-profit organization with a focus on education, livelihood, skilling, health, women's empowerment, or vocational education projects.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a fast-paced and growing environment, with atleast 5 years working in a leadership role in the development sector having prime responsibilities of building partnerships with corporates. Candidates with exceptional business development and fund-raising capabilities and a record willing to make a transition to the development sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent networking skills to represent the organization with corporates- India, multi-nationals, large owner driven firms, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and Government organizations and all other relevant and evolving donors.
- Dynamic business development professional, having skills to influence senior business leaders in CSR space with an understanding of programmes.
- Deep understanding of marketing & HR budgets, social campaigns, employee engagement activities will be an advantage.
- Should possess skills to manage people, build long-term relationships with potential donors or existing partners.
